Ray has been with the state of Nevada since 2002.  He has over 28 years of public service mostly as a manager in Human Resources Management and Contract Compliance in the federal sector.  He enjoys work, especially working with people.  He is employed in the Las Vegas office and ensures contract compliance in District I and part of District III.

Ray's personal enjoyments include spending time with family, studying management and working with people.
