Pat has worked for NDOT since December, 1986 starting in Administrative Services Division as a Word Processing Operator advertising, awarding and executing the Highway and Architecture contracts. Pat left NDOT in July, 1994 to stay home with her second child and returned in March of 1996 as one of the original staff in the newly formed Agreement Services section where she was involved in Consultant procurement, Consultant payment and agreement writing and processing.

Pat came to Contract Compliance in December, 2008 from the Intermodal Planning Transit Section where she worked as a Transportation Planner in charge of FTA Grants management and grantee reimbursements. In Contract Compliance, she reviews and processes the DBE applications in compliance with the Unified Certification Program (UCP). Additionally, Pat reviews request to sublest, subcontractor and service provider agreements and prevailing wages.

Pat enjoys spending time with her husband of almost 30 years and their two daughters.
